Image description: Mrs. Stacy B. Lloyd was the director of the nation's first Allied Prisoners of War Food Packing Service during World War II.  The packing center was located in Philadelhia, PA.

This is an archival photo album.  Included are pictures of Mrs. Lloyd, Chairman Norman H. Davis, food packing volunteers and assembly line at the packing center on 30th and Allegheny Ave. Photographs of note include the rations that went into each package, as well as a visit by "St. Nick" to inspect the Christmas parcels headed overseas.  Also included in the album are various photographs of overseas prisoners in camps and Red Cross facilities.  Most photos are from news services and some contain descriptions on the back of the photo.  There are also thirteen smaller photos that contain candid images of Red Cross workers and volunteers.
