Birth and baptismal certificate of Jacob Krick, born May 12, 1798. Parents: Frantz and Hanna Krick (nee Gerling). Baptized by Wilhelm Loos. Godparents: Wilhelm and Margaretha Fischer.

Certificate was printed by F. Krebs, 1804. Names and dates were filled in manually with black ink. Watercolor was added for decoration. Depicts hearts and floral pattern.
