A genealogical document prepared by historian and genealogist Marguerite ["Carita"] Du Pont [De Villiers-Ortiz] Boden (1907-1977). It contains information on the founders, owners, and residents of the Bishopstead property, previously known as Ingleside. Bishopstead was the Bishops' residence for the Epicopal Diocese of Delaware. Now razed, the property was constructed in 1742 by Oliver Canby.
