"Low tide yesterday revealed two P.R.T. cabs driven into the Delaware River near Greenwich Point. The company accuses locked-out union drivers of sinking the cabs. E.J. Reif, motor patrolman attached to 4th st. and Snyder ave. station, is standing by the salvaged taxis." (reverse, bottom)
