Cartoonist John Liney (1912-1982) was an American cartoonist, who drew the daily Henry comic strip for 44 years.  He was Professor of Cartooning at Temple University in Philadelphia. These pictures are of Liney presenting an art class at Eastern State Penitentiary. Both photographs are from the Philadelphia Record (daily newspaper) photograph morgue.
