Two spectators standing on a balcony watching a parade in Chinatown. Both male spectators are looking toward the camera. The man to the left is wearing a light-colored linen suit jacket with a dark-colored bow-tie. His hair is parted in the middle and slicked and he is holding a sign that reads, "Shanghai Garden." The man behind, to the right, is wearing a matching light-colored linen suit jacket and a fedora and is holding two strings of one-dollar-bills tied like bows over the balcony railing.
