The Rialto House Landing Avenue. Fairmount Park. A Hotel and Refreshment house for the accommodation of the boat and barge clubs in the vicinity, proprietor Chris Dusche, in 1859 it was selected by the Park Commission for Engineers offices and used as such until 1872 when they moved to Belmont, and then demolished it.
