Framed charter and act of incorporation of the "Banatiana Societate Romana de Ajutorare (Banatiana Roumanian Beneficial Society of Philadelphia)." This document was issued to the Societatea Banateana in 1907 by the city and county of Philadelphia. In addition to being signed by various governmental officials, it contains the names and addresses of the incorporators. It is also signed by the society's founder and first president, Nicolae Magdin, and its treasurer, Traian Mirci, as well as 79 starting members.
