Grover Cleveland reprises the role of Siegfried in Richard Wagner's opera Siegfried.  He is dressed in fur and fights a war tariff monster with his sound policy sword.  The swamp is filled with politicians depicted as animals, birds, and other creatures.  A shirt with the inscription "Bloody Shirt" flies next to a bat with the face of John Sherman.
