Mrs. Stacy B. Lloyd was the director of the nation's first American Red Cross Allied Prisoners of War Food Packing Service.

There are two photographs in this folder; one is autographed.  The photo was taken by E.R Deats, Philadelphia.  The photographs show Mrs. Lloyd at one of the Red Cross Prisoner's of War Food Packing Facilities posed with Seagrams Whiskey volunteer workers.
