Image Description:
Contains photographs of musicians and other performers at the Stage Door Canteen in Philadelphia, many of which are promotional shots for a show featuring Bill Hammersley and his orchestra.  Notable subjects include Bill Hammersley, Margie Rogers, Arthur Blake, Ray Heatherton, Red "Scat" Hughes, and Milt Britton.  There are both candid photographs as well as promotional shots.  One of the photographs, featuring John Bondi, contains a written message on the front.  It should also be noted that the first photograph, featuring Mario Braggiotti, was not actually taken at the Philadelphia Stage Door Canteen but at the Valley Forge General Hospital, as the inscription explains.  Most of the photographs contain inscriptions on the back.
