McAdoo, Cardinal Gibbons, Charles Edward Russell, and Henry Van Dyke. The pamphlet also has sections about German war aims, the history of war loans in the United States, the first and second Liberty Loans and their conversion privileges, and a blank section for the Third Liberty Loan. Quotes from Benjamin Franklin and "Poor Richard, Jr." are found at the bottom of each page.
