Image Description:
In the image, the Democratic Political Machine known as Tammany Hall is moving out of a condemned building.  There is a large horse drawn wagon filled with items from Tammany Hall such as false registration papers, stuffed ballot boxes, the Tammany Tiger, and the scalps of William Hayden English, Lucius Robinson, Samuel Tilden, and Winfield Hancock.  A group of "Tammany heeler's" form a line behind the wagon and one man helps push the wagon. A man with a top hat drives the wagon.  There is also a man standing in front of a building labeled "Republican French Flats."  He waves a sign labeled "Welcome Cornell."
