Image depicts Uncle Sam placing his arms around four well dressed women and walking away from an angry-looking matador.  The women represent the four countries Spain ceded to the United States at the conclusion of the Spanish American War.  The women are labeled "Ladrone", "Cuba", "Porto Rico", and "Philippines."  The matador has a paper sticking out of his pocket with the inscription $20,000,000, the amount the United States paid Spain for acquisition of the Philippines.  The image is part of a scrapbook.
