The original artwork contains the drawings Lot, a pen and pencil drawing with a wash frame of two figures, the male turning away from the female; Hope, a sketchy sepia drawing in pen and wash of the female allegorical representation of hope holding an anchor; and an untitled small sketch of a classical female figure in pen holding a chalice and a knife.
