This is a mezzotint by Valentine Green after the Benjamin West painting The Oath of Hannibal from volume 7 page 12 of the extra illustrated version of John Galt’s The Life, Studies, and Works of Benjamin West.

The original painting is in the Royal Collection Trust of Buckingham Palace and was completed in 1770.
