Founded in 1907, St. Agnes was a Slovakian-Catholic Church serving the immigrant community and its descendents. In 1980, St. Agnes was consolidated with St. John Nepomucene. Today, St. Agnes-St. John Nepomucene Catholic congregation meets in St. Agnes's church in North Liberties.
