The series lectures and classes host a broad range of topics like art, arts, and crafts, ballroom dancing, citizenship, current history, drama, dress design, dressmaking, economics, English, gardening, literature, memory training, motion picture, philosophy, and science. Then there is a daily lecture and musical program listing, which provides a calendar of events for the month of March and the beginning of April. The lectures and musical programs are on the following topics: archaeology, the arts, economics, social problems and current history,  education and self-improvement, engineering and technology, history, hobbies and recreation, literature, medicine and health, music, philosophy and religion, science and travel and geography.

Next is a listing of theater programs exhibitions. The theater programs are held throughout the Philadelphia region. The exhibits are displayed in museums and galleries throughout Philadelphia. Then there is a description for the extended Route "A," which is a bus route. The route would allow participants to travel from Broad and Locust Streets to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. While on the route, visitors can visit a host of museum involved in the programming.

On the back of the pamphlet, there is a list of free music in Philadelphia during March of 1940. Also, there is a brief description for the National Model Show at Town Hall, 150 N. Broad Street.
