PHILA.....PHOTO SHOWS A VIEW OF THE ITALIAN FOUNTAIN OF THE SEA HORSES WHICH WAS UNVEILED YESTERDAY BETWEEN THE ART MUSEUM AND THE AQUARIUM IN THIS CITY. THE FOUNTAIN WHICH IS A COPY OF ONE OF THE MOST PRIZED ART TREASURES OF ITALY, WAS PRESENTED BY THE ITALIAN GOVERNMENT TO COMMEMORATE THE 150TH ANNNIVERSARY OF THE SIGNING OF THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. IT WAS ACCEPTED IN BEHALF OF THE UNITED STATES BY SECRETARY OF STATE FRANK B. KELLOGG.
