Image Description:
First  image is a sketch of a mansion with Doric columns in front which was prepared for Kennedy watercolor K:IV-116, "Residence of John Hare Powell". Second image depicts the reverse side of the sketch and contains unrelated handwritten text copied from the February 13, 1885 issue of the Constitution newspaper of Atlanta, Georgia, describing two relics held at the Presbyterian Historical Society at 1229 Race Street: a sword used in the execution of 27 Christians in Prague in 1621, and a silver communion cup that had been buried with a Bohemian saint.
