Railroad tracks go through a stone tunnel through a mountain. People stand near the entrance of the tunnel. Following the inscription is a long description about the Gowan and Marx locomotive and the Philadelphia and Reading Railroad. This watercolor has a misnomer: the image is actually of Flat Rock Tunnel. Black Rock Tunnel is near Phoenixville, PA.
