Image Description:
(1) Photograph of the end result of a car chase throughout the greater Philadelphia area.  The driver of the vehicle, Willard Tilghman, led police on a thirty-six-block chase before colliding with another vehicle. 
(2) Depicts back of the photograph.  Caption reads: “A lone bender, Willard Tilghman, 20, Irving st. near 10th, led police on a 36-block chase in the car at right early yesterday before colliding with the auto at left.  Two persons in the other car were injured.”
