Biography:

Thomas graduated from Union College, Schenectady in 1808.  He went into the ministry and became Chaplain and Professor of Ethics at West Point.  He later established a private institution for general education in Paris.
Son of Jason Warner and Abigail Whiting.  Brother of Henry Whiting Warner.  Uncle to the writers Susan Warner (AKA Elizabeth Wetherell) and Anna Warner.
