Copy of porrait of Robert Morris (1734-1806) by Gilbert Stuart.  Morris was a Philadelphia merchant, Revolutionary War financier, and founder of the Bank of North America.  A signer of the Declaration of Independence, he also served a Pennsylvania delegate to both Continental Congresses, as well as the first United States Senator from Pennsylvania.
