Mrs. Stacy B. Lloyd was the director of the nation's first American Red Cross Allied Prisoners of War Food Packing Service. 

Various materials concerning prison camps and the American Red Cross Allied Prisoers of War Foo Packing Service during World War II.  Most notable in this folder is:  Report of Proceedings: the American Red Cross "Prisoners of War".  Brief camp descriptions of American Prisoner of War and Civilian Internee Camps in Europe, including Stalag III-B, Stalag VIII-B, Stalag Luft-III, and Oflag 64.  This folder also includes an American Red Cross Advance and supplemental handbook informational letter on "Prisoners of War and Civilian Internees."  There is also a map of Prisoner of war and civilian internee camps in Japan proper, as well as a map of camps in the Far East including Manchuria, China, Burma, Thailand, Philippine Islands, and French Indo-China.
