A commemorative book on the history of the Schuylkill Navy, the amateur rowing assiciation located on Philadelphia's Schuylkill River. Many rowing clubs and associations have been officiated members of the Schuylkill Navy since 1858. Members of the Navy have built and continue to occupy the famous boathouses of the Schuylkill river's east bank.
