The property of the Baldwin Locomotive Works, at 18th & Hamilton Streets, until recently occupied as The Shelter for Homeless, recently leased by Albert M. Greenfield & Co. to the Continental Distilling Corporation, as a bonded Government warehouse. The building, which is 8-story, occupies the entire block bounded by Hamilton, Noble, 18th and 19th Streets, and contains over 300,00 square feet of space. Upon completion of improvements now under way, the building will house upwards of 100,000 barrels of whiskey under bond. (Front)
