Complex also includes a landscaped lawn with a statue, probably of St. Vincent de Paul. Horse-drawn carriages travel in front of the buildings near pedestrians, including a priest, on the sidewalk. The church was the first parish named after St. Vincent de Paul, the 17th-century French priest and founder of the Congregation of the Mission.
