The Punch Bowl Taern in the intersection or north west angle of north Broad Street and the Summer or Lamb Tavern road to the Chapel of St. James the Less and Laurel Hill about fifty yards north of now, Diamond Street, it was one of the old land marks to citizens driving but in that direction. Sketched by D.J.Kennedy in 1847
