Image Description:

Comic strip called "Wee Pals" by artist Morrie Turner.  It was printed in the newspaper Afro-American, probably published in Baltimore, Maryland.  The top strip features an African American boy with two Caucasian boys.  The bottom strip features the African American character Dizi and a Caucasian girl.
