Cartoon from the October 1979 issue of Hustler Magazine by the artist "Revilo", the pen-name of Oliver Christianson. In the cartoon a forlorn Uncle Sam walks past a shadowy alley. In the alley, an Arab man--perhaps Saudi Arabian-- holds open a long vest and points to small drums of oil, as if to sell them to Uncle Sam.
