Photograph of Sidney J. Burgoyne, Jr.  Burgoyne was the founder and owner of Sidney J. Burgoyne & Sons, a greeting card manufacturing company.  He was also large depositor at Bankers Trust Company.  After the closure of the bank, Burgoyne served as a chairman on the Depositors’ Protection Committee working to secure repayment for the depositors affected by the termination of the bank.
