Maria (Mary) Assunta Pisano was the daughter of Maria Innocenza Procopio Siciliano and Salvatore Siciliano. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania although her family later moved to Camden, New Jersey. She married Nicholas Pisano on April 22, 1922 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Philadelphia.
